To be eligible for a Refund or replacement , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A proper Video of UNPACKING OF THE COURIER MUST BE SENT TO US . IF ANY DAMAGE IS SHOWN IN THE UNPACKING VIDEO , the item WOULD ONLY BE REFUNDED / REPLACED ONLY UNDER THIS CONDITION.
NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT REQUEST WOULD BE ENTERTAINED WITHOUT THE UNPACKING VIDEO
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from receiving the courier . If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
THE CUSTOMER MUST SEND US THE VIDEO OF THE ITEM BEING UNPACKED ON THE SAME DAY AS THE COURIER RECEIVED BY THEM STATING THE REASON WHY THEY WISH TO SEEK REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
Refunds
Once you send the item back to us , please share us the tracking receipt . Once your courier is received and inspected, we will send you an email / call or WhatsApp Message to notify you that we have received your courier and processing ahead.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund / replacement will be processed.
